TREASURY SERVICES MANAGER – CITYCENTRE

This full-time position will be responsible for oversight and management of the Treasury Services Department to include supervision of the department staff members.  The manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients — recognizing their needs and recommending effective strategies.  The manager will be expected to determine the most efficient means to contribute to the Bank’s deposit growth strategies and goals and generate additional revenue from the sale of cash management products and services.  Continued enhancement and support of Bank products including internet banking services while maintaining applicable protection technology and industry best practices will be a part of the duties of this position.  Other duties include ensuring the education of commercial customers on risks and security measures to mitigate those risks related to the bank’s online banking services.  Compliance of all state and federal banking requirements and adherence will all Bank policies and procedures will be maintained.

The qualified individual should have prior experience consisting of Treasury Management or strong operational background in the financial services industry.  The candidate should possess superior customer service skills and the ability to serve in a supervisory role.  Strong knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations and cost and profitability analysis will be needed.  The position will require the individual to have the ability to cross-sell and explain all bank products and services.  Excellent organizational and time management skills along with intermediate level computer, typing and math skills will be essential qualities of the successful candidate.  The preferred candidate will have the ability to apply common sense to help effectively communicate with others as well as assist in efficiently resolving problems.  The preferred candidate will have previous managerial and/or supervisory experience with proven leadership skills.

Educational requirements include a minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two year college or ten years related experience and/or training.  Work related experience must consist of cash management, support and business development experience in the financial services industry with a supervisory background.  Educational experience obtained through training sessions or financial industry related curriculum will be considered.
