Note: Our Mobile Business Banking and Text Banking services are free. However, depending on your mobile service provider, you may be charged web access rates, standard text messaging rates, and/or data transfer fees. Check with your wireless service provider for details on your specific plan.

Online Cash Management
Need to restrict access to certain business bank accounts? Through our online cash management service, you can set up multiple authorized users with unique log-in credentials and access rights.
Using this service, you can monitor who is responsible for certain transactions and then follow up on any unusual activity. This helps limit fraud, loss, and theft by providing you with greater visibility into activity on your accounts.
Plus, you don’t have to wait until you get back to the office to review and act on notifications. Through our online banking system, you can take action from your Internet-connected mobile device to quickly address and resolve issues.
Need to make a critical payment? Forgot to schedule payroll disbursements? Need to set up a recurring payment to a vendor? You can perform bill pay activities on the go without needing to be at your desk in front of a computer.
Simply log into your account, set up the payment you want to make, and initiate the transaction from one of your business checking accounts. (Note: The bill pay feature of online banking is not available on savings accounts.) Through online bill pay, you can stay on top of Accounts Payable activity.
We make it easy to deposit paper checks digitally. Through our Remote Deposit service, you can scan and upload a picture of a paper check to deposit the amount into your account. This is convenient when receiving checks from customers while on the road or at the job site.
Take note that deposits made via Remote Deposit Capture must be made before 5:00 p.m. CST in order to be considered deposited on the same day. Deposits made after 5:00 p.m. CST or on a non-business banking day will be considered deposited the next business day. (A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Also, dollar limitations may apply.)
We also offer several self-service features that enable you to efficiently make changes to your accounts, check on account balances, and perform other key functions. Access these services in our system:
- Stop payments.
- Reorder checks.
- Change address.
- Contact customer service.
Take note that some of our self-service features such as stop payments and check re-orders are assessed normal fees associated with those products and services. The cost is disclosed in the fee schedule provided when you opened your account, and as modified by our bank from time to time. Call or email us for a current business fee schedule or view our business comparison chart, which includes business fees.
