TREASURY SERVICE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT – CITYCENTRE

This full-time position will play a crucial role in managing various financial services, including lockbox, remote deposit, positive pay, and ACH processing. The responsibilities will involve efficiently processing transactions, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Additionally, the Treasury Services Operations Assistant will assist in implementing new services and providing support to customers and internal stakeholders.

 The qualified individual should have a basic working knowledge of Treasury Services products and services, as well as a basic knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, Bank policies and procedures, and the Bank’s products and services. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, train bank personnel on Treasury-supported products as needed, write reports, correspondence, and procedures, and speak clearly to customers and employees. The qualified candidate will possess at least basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, along with the ability to operate other modern office equipment. The qualified candidate must also have the ability to travel, including a current active driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage.

 The qualified individual will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of two years of work experience in banking or financial services. Previous experience in processing lockbox, remote deposit, positive pay, and ACH transactions preferred.
