WIRE TRANSFER REPRESENTATIVE – CITY CENTRE
This full-time position will be responsible for processing of wire transfers in a timely, accurate and secure manner. This position will create, verify, issue and receive wire and fund transfers for processing; perform daily callback and account reconciliation activities; monitor the status of wire and fund transfers; investigate and research disputes and suspicious or fraudulent issues in accordance with state and federal regulations. Additional duties will include, but not be limited to, a variety of daily tasks such as processing Treasury Services originators ACH batches, reviewing reports, preparing correspondence and participating in special department projects.
The preferred candidate should have prior experience in the financial services industry. Additional education through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry will be beneficial. The qualified individual should possess superior customer service skills. Knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations and bank policies and procedures will be preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills along with intermediate level computer, typing and math skills will be essential qualities of the successful candidate. Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills will be necessary. The preferred candidate will have the ability to apply common sense to help effectively communicate with others as well as assist in efficiently resolving problems. An Associate Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical trade school or 4 years of related experience and/or training in wire transfers strongly preferred.
