Loan Servicing Representative – Clute
This full-time position will be responsible for collecting and accurately applying all commercial and consumer loan payments, performing maintenance to loans, providing knowledgeable and courteous customer assistance to loan customers and lending personnel, and preparing and maintaining lending reports.
The qualified candidate should be prepared to work closely with internal employees to include not only the loan administration department, but also loan officers and other departments as well. Limited contact with the public is required. Precision, accuracy and attention to detail will also be key qualities necessary. The preferred candidate will have previous loan document experience. A high level of quality work in an efficient manner will need to be maintained. Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
Skills and Characteristics for Applicants:
Previous bank experience, preferably in lending, computer skills to include Microsoft Office and Excel, typing and 10 key calculator skills, superior organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, accuracy and attention to detail, excellent customer service skills
