This full-time position will assist in the development, testing and implementation of new internet banking products and services as well as reviewing existing internet banking enhancements.  This position will assist in defining training needs and preparing training materials while providing ongoing training of Bank staff on the features and benefits of internet banking and bill pay products and services.  As well, responsibility for performing operational support duties of the Treasury Services Department; performing a variety of routine daily tasks and participating in special department projects will be essential functions of this job. Another primary job function will include timely response and resolution to escalated internet banking issues.  This position will serve as TGB’s liaison with JHA Internet Banking personnel as well as other duties as assigned.

The preferred candidate will have strong written, oral, and technical skills.  The preferred candidate will possess a minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or five years of related experience and/or training.  Work related experience must consist of technical related experience, strong operations background in the financial services industry and preferred experience in Treasury Services.
