Press Release

ANGLETON, TX, June 22, 2011: Corry L. Westinghouse has been appointed Vice President, Commercial Lending of Texas Gulf Bank, N.A. - Angleton, an independently owned and operated bank established in 1913.  Westinghouse will focus on expanding Texas Gulf Bank Angleton's commercial client base by offering business loans and deposits, commercial lines of credit, and flexible financial solutions to Angleton's growing businesses.

Westinghouse brings nine years of experience in the local banking industry.  Prior to joining Texas Gulf Bank, Westinghouse was City President for BBVA/Compass Bank, where he managed a significant loan and deposit portfolio.  In addition, he was the Senior Business Development Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo Bank, where he was team leader for the local market.

"Corry's understanding of the local market, experience in managing commercial banking clients and his commitment to delivering exceptional personal service to his clients will make him instrumental in developing business for Texas Gulf Bank," said James F. Brown, Jr., CEO of Texas Gulf Bank.

"I'm excited to be working for a bank that has such longevity in this area.  Texas Gulf Bank is well-known for their involvement in the local community and has an outstanding reputation for going the extra mile for their clients.  It is a place where customers are on a first name basis with their banker and lending decisions are made locally.  Texas Gulf Bank not only has substantial loan capacity, but is very well capitalized; both of which provide a solid base that will enable me to expand our commercial lending business, " said Westinghouse.
