DIGITAL BANKING SPECIALIST- CITYCENTRE

The full-time Digital Banking Specialist role offers an exciting opportunity to help lead the charge in Texas Gulf Bank’s journey of ongoing Digital Transformation. In collaboration with our service provider (JHA) for Digital Banking Services, this role involves helping to shape the online banking experience for both external customers and internal employees alike. Responsibilities include assisting in the development, testing, and implementation of digital banking products and services, as well as reviewing existing enhancements. The role also involves defining training needs, preparing training materials, and providing ongoing training to Bank staff on digital banking features and benefits. Additionally, the Digital Banking Specialist will be responsible for performing operational support duties in the Treasury Services Department, participating in special projects, and resolving escalated digital banking issues.

 The qualified individual will have a minimum of:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or five years of related experience and/or training
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations, bank policies and procedures, and Treasury Management products and services
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including software capabilities such as Microsoft Word and Excel
