| I would like to change my internet banking PIN, how do I do that? |
To change your PIN please follow the instructions below:
| 1. | Login to Texas Gulf Connection. This will bring up a new tab or new browser window, depending on what web browser you are using. Use your current ID and PIN (note: the PIN selected is a four digit numeric value). | | 2. | Choose "Options" from the tabs at the top of the page. | | 3. | Choose "Change PIN." | | 4. | Enter your current PIN in the first place provided, your new PIN in the second space and verify your change by entering your new PIN in the third space, then click "Submit New PIN." | | 5. | You will receive a message stating your new alias has been activated. |
