Report a Lost or Stolen Card |

As your financial partner, it is critical to us that we do our best to protect your security.
If you have a lost or stolen debit or ATM card and are enrolled in online banking, please do the following: * Login to online banking *Click on the "Options" button *Click on the "ATM/Debit Card" button * From here, you can deactivate your lost or stolen card immediately from the next screen. *To order a new ATM/Debit card, please visit your nearest Texas Gulf Bank branch.
If you are not enrolled in online banking, please report a lost or stolen Texas Gulf Bank Visa® Debit Card or ATM Card immediately. During regular lobby hours call 979.297.7211, 979.849.2372 or 713.595.7400 and ask for customer service. After hours and on weekends, call 866-546-8273.
