Your credit report will show you who has been checking your credit and allow you to look for inaccuracies or unauthorized activities. Federal law dictates that you have the right to receive a free copy of your credit report once every 12 months from each of the three nationwide consumer reporting companies: Experian, Equifax, and Transunion.
