GARCIA AND CAMILLE JURY APPOINTED VICE PRESIDENT, LENDING FOR TEXAS
GULF BANK - BAY AREA
HOUSTON, TX, December 17, 2010: Both Camille Jury and Traci Garcia have been
appointed Vice President, Lending of Texas Gulf Bank Bay Area, an independently owned and
operated community bank established in 1913. Texas Gulf Bank Bay Area is the bank’s eighth
location in Friendswood, Texas. Garcia
and Jury will focus on expanding Texas Gulf Bank Bay Area’s commercial client
base by offering business loans, commercial lines of credit, and flexible
lending solutions to small to medium sized growing businesses in Friendswood
and Houston.
 Garcia
brings 33 years of experience in community banking. She began her banking career
in 1977 as a teller for Metro Bank (formerly Industrial Bank) and progressively
moved up the career ladder with lending positions at Wells Fargo, Regions Bank,
and Frost Bank. Immediately prior to joining Texas Gulf Bank Bay Area, Garcia
was Vice President, Lending for Patriot Bank.
 Jury
brings 21 years of experience in community banking. She began her banking
career in 1989 as a teller for Texas Commerce Bank (formerly First City Bank).
Previous positions include personal banker/loan assistant for SouthTrust Bank
and loan assistant for First Community Bank. Immediately prior to joining Texas
Gulf Bank Bay Area, Jury was a lending officer for Patriot Bank.
Both
Jury and Garcia are long-time residents of Friendswood.
