TEXAS GULF BANK, N.A. BREAKS GROUND IN FRIENDSWOOD, TEXAS
New Bay Area branch location expected to open in early 2012
FRIENDSWOOD, TX September 30, 2011: In an event hosted by the Friendswood Chamber of Commerce, Texas Gulf Bank, N.A. broke ground on its new branch location in Friendswood, Texas. Located at 1005 Friendswood Drive, the new location will serve as home to Texas Gulf Bank’s Bay Area Branch, temporarily located at 1100 S. Friendswood Dr. Ste. B. Construction of the new facility is expected to be complete in early 2012.
 Texas Gulf Bank's Bay Area branch will continue to be led by respected banker Loy W. Trevino, who brings more than 26 years of commercial, residential, executive and professional lending experience. In addition, he is well versed in providing both companies and individuals state of the art cash management and treasury services. Also joining Mr. Trevino at the new location is Traci Garcia, VP Lending, who brings more than 33 years of experience in community banking and Camille Jury, VP Lending, a 21-year community-banking veteran. All three have been members of the Friendswood banking community for over two decades.

The 4,665 square-foot facility will include a four-lane motor bank that will feature an outside ATM.
Architects Eric Batte and Scott Clanton of McCleary German Architects created designs for the new bank. And Construction Masters of Houston, Inc. are in charge of construction.
