INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ANALYST - ANGLETON
This full time position will provide diverse information technology functions and support to the bank, while reporting to the Chief Information Officer. The qualified candidate should possess strong skill sets in both the hardware and software arenas with minimal educational requirements of an AAS degree in a related field. The preferred candidate should have experience in designing, implementing and migrating various technical configurations as well as installing and administering Windows applications, servers, workstations, firewalls, LANS and WANS. Other skills desired will be a background including: Microsoft Windows servers and exchange servers; various Microsoft applications: VNware ESX servers; Cisco switches; routers and firewalls; and diverse workstations, laptops and servers to include IBM Blade servers. Monitoring and troubleshooting network outages will be a requirement. Communication skills should include frame relay, IDSN, multi-protocol layer switching and point-point T1s. CASH MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
 This full time position, under the direction of the Cash Management Officer, will be responsible for performing operational support duties in this department by providing a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers as well as bank personnel. Resolution of problems within given authority, providing training to Bank personnel on features and benefits of cash management products and services, and performance of routine daily tasks such as reports, correspondence and special projects are also included in this job description. Other key areas of responsibility include customer implementation and set up of cash management products and services and participation in the Remote Deposit Capture program and installation of RDC scanners. Compliance with bank policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal banking laws will be a critical segment of this position. Minimal educational background requirements include an Associate's Degree or four years of related experience and/or training in this field.
