How Mobile Banking Works

Log in to TGB Mobile Banking

From your cell phone, PDA or other mobile device, access www.tgbmobile.com, and click on the "Mobile Banking Login" link. Enter your User ID and Password. Choose one of the options below from the Main Menu.

Viewing Alerts via TGB Mobile Banking

Select Alerts from the Main Menu. The Alerts option only displays if you have Alerts to view.

Viewing Transactions via TGB Mobile Banking

  1. Select My Accounts from the Main Menu.
  2. From the list of accounts select which account you want to view. A summary screen with your Account Balance displays.
  3. Select Transactions from the summary screen. Transactions from the last 15 days display in groups of four transactions per page. Select the date for transaction details. Select Back to return to the list of transactions.
  4. From the transaction list select Accounts to return to the list of accounts or Main Menu to return to the main mobile banking menu.

Transferring Funds via TGB Mobile Banking

  1. Select Transfers from the Main Menu.
  2. Choose the account to transfer funds from.
  3. Choose the account to transfer funds to.
  4. Enter amounts in the dollars and cents fields and select Submit.
  5. An indicator that the transaction is sending displays.
  6. A confirmation message and number display after the transfer is complete.
  7. An SMS Text Message will be sent to your phone confirming the transfer. You can only set up one-time immediate transfers via Texas Gulf Bank's mobile banking.

Paying Bills via TGB Mobile Banking

  1. Select Pay Bills from the Main Menu.
  2. Select the Payee.
  3. Select the pay-from account and continue to the next screen.
  4. Enter amounts in the dollars and cents fields and select Submit.
  5. An indicator that the bill payment is sending displays.
  6. A confirmation message and number display after the bill payment is complete.
  7. An SMS Text Message will be sent to your phone to confirm the transfer.
  8. If you are not currently enrolled in Bill Pay, clicking on the Pay Bills link will present you with the option to request enrollment from Texas Gulf Bank. Follow the on-screen prompts to submit your request for Bill Pay enrollment.

You can only set up one-time immediate bill payments via mobile banking. Payments will process during the next bill pay processing time.
