Download Issues
When I click on the link, nothing happens.
The problem is most likely due to one of the following two things happening:

A new window was opened that is not visible because the new window is behind your current
window or the new window is minimized. Look at your task bar at the bottom of your screen. Click on each
browser icon until you find the PDF that was just opened. |

A new tab in your current browser window was opened but not given focus.
Click the other tabs in your current browser window until you find the PDF that was just opened. |
When I click on the link, I get an error. My computer doesn't seem to know the PDF format.
You can go here to download and install the free Adobe Reader software. It is a fast and relatively easy process. You should then be able to see the PDF file.
